Bear Wallow Campground Off Hwy. 197 N. Near Pigeon Roost Road in Mitchell County, NC 28740-This campground offers you an acre and a 1/2 of river front camping.  Only 1.00 from Bristol Motor Speedway Race Track for Nascar and NHRA Racing at Thunder Valley.  Tent Camping, Pop-Ups, Small Camper ok.  There is an outhouse on premises.

River Reach Campground  Off Hwy. 197 N.  Near Brush Creek Road in Yancey County, NC 28714-This Campground offers you an acre of river front camping.   Only 1.30 mins from Bristol Motor Speedway Race Track for Nascar or NHRA Racing at Thunder Valley.  Offering Primitive Campings.  Local Family owned stores close by for gas and supplies.  Or your fishing license.  Tent Camping, Pop-Ups,  Small Campers and RV's ok.    

Randy's Rustic Campground  Off hwy. 197 N. and Lydon Hill Road in Mitchell County, NC 28740-Offering you backwoods camping on privately owned land.  About 1/4 of an acre in secluded mountain area.  This property is located at the end of Lydon Hill Rd. up in a holler.  Great for backwoods or primitive camping and privacy.  Tent Camping only here.   This location is about 1 hour and 5 mins. from Bristol Motor Speedway for Nascar or NHRA Racing at Thunder Valley race track.  Toe River is less than 5 mins. from this location.

NOTE:Shuttle services available for all locations of our rivers and racing activities.  From the Toe to Nolichucky Rivers and Bristol Motor Speedway Race Tracks.  Come fish our very clean Rivers the Toe and Nolichucky Rivers.  You may end up with a Trout, Bass or Catfish or maybe even a muskie.  Turkey Season is upon us along with other vermits you might want to hunt.  So please check NC rules and regulations for hunting.  All spots have plentiful wildlife for hunting.
